You can check out later (latest by 5.00pm) upon request and extra charge; notify the reception on time and they will inform you the day before.
Check-in is from 3.00pm. If you would like to get your bed earlier than that, you are advised to also book the previous day, so your bed is available upon your arrival. If not, you can leave your stuff in a locker, and return after 3.00pm that your room/ bed will be ready.
You can check in even after hours; email us with your arrival time and we will provide you information on how to enter the hostel and receive your key.
Yes, we have 200MBps Wi-Fi for all guests, throughout the hostel. And it’s free!
The majority of our dorms are mixed but we offer 4-bed female dorms.
Yes, all our facilities are accessible by wheelchair and we offer special rooms for wheelchair users.

Yes; the hostel is located 2 blocks from the central Bus Station of Chania, in the centre of the city! You will arrive their directly from Chania Airport, Heraklion or other cities/ villages of Crete.
Yes, you can wash your clothes at the hostel; cost is 5€ per wash, including the detergent, washing and drying of your clothes.
All private rooms have hairdryers in the room. IF you stay at the hostel, request the reception for a hairdryer.
Yes, you can buy a travel adaptor from the reception.
Sheets are included in your stay, as well as a pillow and duvet. You can rent a set of bath towels (2 towels) for 3€ or a pool/ beach towel for 3€. You can also buy a pool towel – just ask the reception!
Yes, you can buy shampoo/ shower gel at the reception.
We have 2 fully equipped kitchens where you can cook, store food, prepare your meals and enjoy them.
Our priority is our guests and staff’s safety. We are taking all measures suggested by WHO throughout the hostel and suggest to all guests to do the same (wearing a mask indoors and outdoors at all times, washing our hands, social distancing) and we have a lot of extra measures re. the cleaning all of areas. All guests fill in a COVID form upon check in and their temperature is taken, so we have a clear overview of everyone’s status.

Yes, we work with trust worthy companies from whom you can rent a vehicle. Delivery and pick up can be at the hostel or at the airport, free of charge.
Yes; You have your personal locker under your bed, and more lockers in the lobby that you can use before your check in and after your check out.
Yes, you can store your stuff after check out; there is a daily fee of 3€ per locker.
Pets are not allowed at the hostel.
We love families; as long as kids are over 12 years old.
No, smoking is not allowed in any areas of the hostel.
