We have a 72-hour cancellation policy, which means you can cancel without penalty until 16:00 hrs three days before your arrival. If the booking is cancelled after this time, you are subject to a penalty charge equivalent to the first two nights of your stay.

Of course for those cheeky monkeys, we have several type of rates which trump our main cancellation policy. So a fully flex – means fully flex until 72h upon arrival, and a non-refundable means a non-refundable 😉

On New Year’s Eve and King’s Day, we have a special event cancellation policy of three weeks and a penalty charge equivalent to the first three nights of your stay.

For all reservations, we require a 10% deposit at time of booking. The deposit paid is non-refundable when cancelling. 
 

We are located in the city center – a 5 minute walk from the Waterloo Square, 10 minutes from the Rembrandt Square and the Munt Tower, and 15 minutes from the Dam Square and the Red Light district.

Of course. And it’s FREE too. You have access to our free WiFi throughout the entire building. 

At the moment (due to covid restrictions) we have a selection of teas, coffees, cakes and croissants, we also serve local beers.

In normal times, have have an incredible in-house Cafe THE FIX where we serve beans, Bowls and Bagels to help fix you up with whatever you need to get going in the morning.

Fresh, crisp linen is included in every room. We will even make your bed for you. Except when booking a bed in the “El Cheapo room”. Here, making your own bed is included in the room rate. Fresh linen is provided though.

Towels are included in our double deluxe and double superior rooms. If staying in a dorm or private cabin, you can rent a towel for €2 or buy one for €4.
